First Responder Offensive uses the HazMatIQ Above the Line/Below the Line System to train those arriving first on scene if they can a safely enter the HotZone. Training will cover basic chemical physical properties, and the Stay Alive Five equipment (SAFe) Kit (radiation pager, F and pH papers, temperature gun and LEL meter) to determine whether the responder can safely continue with recon or perform a rescue (Go/Get-Out).
