First Responder Offensive Air Monitoring (FRO AM)

Training description

FRO Air Monitoring expands on the equipment covered in our FRO program (Stay Alive Five equipment - SAFe Kit).  This course covers the basics of how these instruments and papers work, why they can “see” these hazards, and what the numbers and indicators mean. This important information enables responders to safely determine if they can continue to work in a hazardous environment and, more importantly, attempt a rescue, should someone be exposed and/or contaminated.

Course Length

4 Hours

Target audience

Those who have attended our FRO program (de-scribed above).

RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE
